Create a bundle
Use Bundles to group tickets, products or services into a single offer sold at a combined price. Instead of asking attendees to add items separately, a bundle lets you package them together, for example, a ticket paired with merchandise, or an invitation combined with a vinyl. Bundles appear as a distinct offer in your sales channels alongside your regular ticket categories and products.

Instead of asking attendees to add items separately, a bundle lets you package them together, for example, a ticket paired with merchandise, or an invitation combined with a vinyl. Bundles appear as a distinct offer in your sales channels alongside your regular ticket categories and products.
This is useful when you want to increase average order value by packaging complementary items together, offer exclusive combinations at a special price, or simplify the buying experience by presenting a curated offer rather than individual items.
How It Works
Bundles are created from the Tickets & Products page of your event. A bundle combines existing ticket categories and/or products into a single purchasable item with its own name, description, price, and image. Each component keeps its own VAT rate, and the bundle's stock is determined by the availability of its individual items. Once created, bundles can be assigned to one or more sales channels just like any other offer.
Creating a Bundle
Open your event and go to Tickets & Products. In the top-right section, click Create bundle. A form opens with three sections to fill in.
Under Bundle Information, give your bundle a name (e.g. "Premium Pack") and a description that will be shown to buyers: use the rich text editor to format it with bold, italic, or links. You can also add Tags to organize your bundles internally, and upload an Image (JPEG, PNG, or GIF, max 5 MB) that will be displayed alongside the offer.
Under Bundle Content, select the tickets and products to include by clicking Add an offer and picking from your existing ticket categories and products. You can combine any mix of items you've already created for your event, including products with variants.
Under Quantities per Order, set the minimum and maximum number of bundles a buyer can add to a single order. The minimum defaults to 0 (no minimum) and the maximum to 6.
Click Create bundle to save. Your bundle now appears in the Bundles section at the bottom of the Tickets & Products page, showing its price, composite VAT, remaining stock, and assigned channels.
Assigning to Sales Channels
Like ticket categories and products, bundles need to be assigned to at least one sales channel to be purchasable. You can assign a bundle to specific channels to control where it's visible — for example, offering an exclusive pack only on your main event page while keeping individual items available everywhere.
Pricing
The bundle price is set independently from the individual item prices, so you can offer a discount compared to buying items separately. VAT is calculated per component based on each item's own rate.
